Hi,

So, I'm riding yesterday and I noticed my seat moving in the twisties. Didn't think much of it. Then I come home to check out my seat to see that maybe a bolt is not screwed in or something. I pull on the seat and it comes off completely! No bolt or latch is holding my seat down! Is this how my seat is supposed to be? My Gixxer's seat is bolted in and my Ninja 500 seat is latched in. I bought my ZZR used so I don't have a manual to read up on the seat. Don't you think it is kind of dangerous if it slips off when I hang off a bit in a turn? How is everyone else's seat? BTW..I have an '06 ZZR.

there should be a metal tab under the rear seat that sticks into a pocket onthe underside of the front seat and screws down to the frame.

see attached picture - part number 32046 is what you must be missing
