Up, up, and away!
So as I walk out of the 7/11 this morning with breakfast in hand, I look to the south and see some fool floating over Montgomery and Aurora in a Remax hot air balloon.
Now that's a random sight to see at 7am on a 15 degree February morning... had to get a shot of it. Dude must be freezing his *** off up there.
I tell some friends about it and one of them says back: Yeah, I saw that. They're really desperate to sell that house.
lol

Probably not. The difference in temperature between the inside and outside of the balloon chamber is what makes the hot air balloon rise, not the measuremet of the temperature in the balloon. That being said, it probably uses the same ammount of gas to heat it up, or perhaps even less.

when i was about 6 me and my family were watching one get set up in a field and they let me in the basket while they were doing it so my mom could get a picture... but i wanter it to go up, so i jumped up and yanked the chain for the propane control valve and almost burned it down, but luckily i lost my grip about 2 seconds later and fell. the guy that owned it practically had a heart attack and made us leave good times
