I actually thought it would be $100 before new years, oh well. In a few days we should be seeingcrude coming out of the ground and smelling it for days. Ahhhh the smell of money [sm=badbadbad.gif]

What makes no sense is just prior to prices hitting $100 and were in the 80s and 90s- gas prices have been cheaper in the last couple of months than they have in the last couple of years, when bbl prices were 60 to 70. Talk about not making sense... it's all about one thing: record profits.

Isn't that what business is all about though? Making money? Who wants to work for free, or make as little money as possible? Not defending the oil companies, since they made me work through the holidays, but if someone wanted to buy a product you made, wouldn't you want to profit as much as you could for your work? I sure would.

Thats not working, thats living the dream . But I don't know if you have to worry about an economical disaster, its all about supply and demand. They wouldn't make it expensive if no one was buying it.

See I can't bad mouth it because Oil and gas puts a roof over my family's head, food on the table......and a green bike in the garage

the gas companies can still make plenty of money without spikin the damn prices. there is clearly a spike. how come diesel hardly ever moves. diesel is in demand as well. spike the gas just to spike it is bull****. they can make plenty of money buy keepin gas prices lower.
