i bought a used kawasaki eliminator 125 for my brother to learn how to ride. when i bought it the carb was off. it didnt start. i bought another carb off ebay. now it runs with the choke on but as soon as i turn the choke off, the bike stales right out. on the carb there is three rubber hoses on it. one is where the gas goes it.one on the bottom on the bowl, that i think is an over flow and the third one is is the same side as the linkage. is the a vacuum hoses. where does it go? does any body have pictures?

 

Great choice for a first ride, I had one on the MSF course, it was tons of fun. No idea on the hose routing. Since you got it off ebay I'd do a full cleaning on it to make sure the jets arent gunked up. Good luck to you! Wheres the pics?

 

Welcome to the site. If the bike only runs witht he choke on, its probably an idle jet plugged. Take that carb apart and clean every part.
