Default new plastics

Hey Guys, New to the forum, so maybe I've looked over a previous thread about this. If so, I'm sorry. I have a 2009 250s, and it's been great for the last 6 months. I pretty much have only commuted with it. I was curious about 2 things. First- If I wanted to upgrade the plastic panels and black the bike out a little bit, how could I go about it? I haven't found much online. Second- recalibrating the speedometer? It'll say I'm going 70 when I'm actually going about 60, and it's really been tacking on miles to my odometer. It says I'm driving around 10-11 miles roundtrip when my actual trip is only about 7-8 miles. The tires are like new, on/off tread (not SM) so it's not like they're worn down affecting the calibration. Thanks for the help, and I look forward to getting to know yall and soaking up some knowledge.

For your speedo try 12oclock labs.

SpeedoDRD

My speedo was like yours and it drove me crazy. This did the trick , it was easy and according to my GPS I'm right on now.

2010 had black fenders and headlight mask, I think even shrouds can be had in black. Don't know about 2010 side covers, but my 2012 are black.
Or plasti-dip the bodywork.

Looks good. If my plastics weren't so battered I could see doing that.
