I've searched but have not found what items of what years of KLX300 will fit my 06 KLX250.

Is there a list posted somewhere?

There seems to be fewer parts available for the 06-07 compared to the newer models.

Well, I can't be precise on all this, but I think Planet KLX has some pretty good insights on interchangability. I used a ton of stuff for the KLX300 on my '06 KLX250S. I used the complete Race Tech spring and revalving for the 300 on my 250, and it worked great. The 250 and 300 have a lot in common than not. The rear 300 spring is taller but not a problem on the 250. The front springs are shorter, but you rectify that with spacers on the 250. It's just not rocket science to cross-change these parts. I'm running the 300 cylinder/piston setup on my KLX, and of course, it works fine. The Mikuni TM36 pumper carb details for the 300 transfer directly over to the '06/'07 models. The '06/'07 models are very close to being late model 300's with street legal electrics and e-start.
