I'd be game but there are two problems-I would need to find a suitable rear tire for the roller and the closest dyno is about 100 miles away from me. Based on how it felt before and after the cam swap it wouldn't surprise me if it made 30+...

Matt, just as a point of fact, the SAE correction to your uncorrected HP was 1.11 .... ?
The formula is UnCorHP * CF = SAE Corrected HP
So, on that hot day, your bike actually made 25.7 hp at the rear wheel.
It should make 28.5 on a SAE standard day - 29.23 InHg of dry air and 77 F .
