Hello guys,

Been a long time. Over an year I think. Well, the little SF is still in the garage. I couldn't sell it. Still not sure if I will be back riding it, but I have to revive it to either ride it or sell it. It's been sitting there for over an year without running. Besides replacing the oil and the gas and trying to revive the battery, what else should I look for?

Good luck with the battery. I wouldn't change the oil, you'll have plenty to think about with the fuel.

 

Clean the carb, unless you have FI (I can't remember), use new fuel and a new battery to fire it up, get it up to operating temp to force any moisture back into the oil, then change the oil. An air filter cleaning and oiling couldn't hurt either.
Then go ride somewhere out of the city, where I assume it is safer, and have some fun.
