I searched and saw some people had swapped out for a cleaner MX style fender and added an Edge (or similar) brake/signal to it. Couldn't find exact info on how to go about it though. Some posts seemed to show modding of the subframe, some said just cut the fender etc and several were a few years old. Is there anyone that can hook me up with a more up to date post on what's been used recently and how they did it (with pictures)?

I just replaced my badly faded OEM fender.. with a new OEM fender. I thought about going with the Maier KLX300R MX style rear fender, but didn't want to lose the brightness and visibility of the OEM rear brake light.
