Default Water in oil but no loss in compression.

I have a 2007 Kawasaki STX 12F the engine only has 56 hrs. We took it out one time this past summer and noticed a loss in speed and acceleration. After putting it on the trailer there was probably 6 inches of water in the hull. After further inspection we found that there is water leaking from the crank case gasket on the exhaust side. There is also water in the oil. But the engine has no loss of compression in any of the cylinders. They're all 210psi to 230psi. Has anyone else had this problem? How is the water getting in the engine?
