Hi guys,hope someone can give me a little input. Just bought a 95 ts 650, it was runnng rough, I adjusted the air/mixture needle to about 1.5 turns out, and put in new spark plugs. Ran great for first 2 hours of use, then refilled tank 50:1, drove it for 20-30 minutes and started bogging down and shutting off, let it sit for ten minutes and it restarts and rides fine for a couple minutes, this problem is ongoing. When it dies i have problems restarting and sometimes I just hear starter relay clicking. This happens right after it dies out. Hope someone can give me some suggestions on this problem. Hi there check your spark as soon as it shuts down on your ride if no spark it sounds like your coil is braking down when it heats up try this may help

 

Thanks for the input, last time out I leaned out the mixture and ran it 2-3 hours with no problems, but then the problem started again, seems to happen when I refill the gas, I cut off the oil injection and pre mix. I will check the spark when problem shows up, any idea what the factory idle air mixture adjustment is, I have it around 1 1/2 turns out, it idles real good and has power.
