Smile The jet kit!

Well, since it's cooler out, had to cave in and get the jet kit from Dynojet. I already have a full Muzzy system, +4 ignition advance rotor, and a drop in K&N filter. As you may have guessed, it don't like the cold too much! If I had a dyno chart of it, it would probably look like a polygraph test! Up and down! Was thinking about havin someone put it in, but I think I'll go for it when I can get a chance. Have a new job that requires me to be there six days a week : \ Any suprises to look for when installing the kit? Thank you guys for any info!

I have not installed a dynojet kit on a zzr either. However a carb is a carb and so is the fine tuning along with reading the plugs. Good luck with the plug reading and testing under a load for that temprature, humidity and altitude. Make sure to document in your manual your preferred setup.

The dynojet website has some pretty good instructions (if I remember correctly). Remember not to replace the first set of jets you see, they are not the correct ones. Also, be careful with the little o-rings because they are easy to lose. Good luck with the kit buddy, you will like it

Use a cordless drill for the phillips screws on the bottom of the carbs. The heads are prone to stripping.... i had to make a few into flat heads. When you get frustrated tuning them...WALK AWAY. Trust me on that one hahaha.
