im thinkin about turning my 1993 from dual exhaust into single exhaust. ZZR400 ZZR 400 ZZR600 ZZR 600 4-2-1 Exhaust silencer conversion kit | eBay. that page on ebay is a conversion that says no re jetting required just bolt on and go. is this for real or would i have problems? anyone thats done the mod have any idea if its cosha

Remember this: Anytime you alter the exhaust, you should also adjust the other areas of performance. ie, fuel, air, timing to match the added or altered piece of the internal combustion puzzle.

Old thread but finally did the exhaust today and sounds sweet and runs better than before

hahaha, I was going to quote from my original post concerning this but did not want to sound ......too anal I guess is the word. I should have asked for pics of the plugs instead. lol

It's fine larger bore etc its designed not to need re jet runs sweeter than before no flat spots or anything

has anyone done this and is it a hard task?
