Battery Voltage...
 

This is in regards to a 2007 Zzr600. I've went through the manual and have checked the stator and regulator with my meter and both check out fine as far as I'm concerned. The issue that I'm having is that when I have it reved up to 6-8k rpms, the voltage won't go above 13.7 volts. As far as I'm concerned it should be close to 14.8-15. This is a brand new battery. Any suggestions would be appreciated before I spend money on a new stator/regulator.
