Default heavy bike wanna wheelie!

i have a 77 kz750 and i eventually want to wheelie it i have practice on dirtbikes, power wheelies and clutch slip wheelies. i know the bike is 484lbs wet weight without rider and it doesn't wanna lift the front wheel in first in a power wheelie it just takes of straight and flat. the only time the front end went light and lifted off the ground was until i gave her and got it in 3rd gear. any suggestion or should i just get a cheap old sportsbike for stunting like an 86 ninja 600 or something. i think it be'd kool to do some wheelies on a heavy2 cylinderbike.

My 82 KZ1000 has no problem getting up in first gear. Your 750 should do it to. Just get rolling about 5 mph, get the RPMs around 6000 and pop that clutch.

But if you wanna do tricks, then get a sport bike.[sm=pcwhack.gif]

I agree, any bike can do a wheelie with the right sprocket. this guy who shows up where I practice does circles on his sportster. thats usually when we go home.I can't compare with that on my sportbike!

lol... Isn't that a sign of the apocolypse? Sport bike riders being out-stunted by Harleys?
