what clutch setup is he useing, is it stock or aftermarket, and i'm going with the -1 +3 gearing, i have the -1 +2 now, i think i am havin a clutch issue happenin, bike just not pullin nor taken off like it should from the line, i am leavin at 8 rpm and slippin the clutch but still doesn't feel right, best 60ft is a 1.85 on short wheelbase, my 330ft is in the 5.0 range, i golt to get my 60's in the 1.70 to see 7.0 or high 6's in the 1/8, and then i feel my 330ft will drop as well

For some reason I thought he had an 05-06 ZX-6 I didn't think it was an 03-04. Any reason he didn't go up 2 in the rear? I can see it helping his traps but it might lower his 60ft times.

well i just ran my best time this past thursday, it was 7.58 @101 mph, bike still feel lazy on the launch and not pullin like i think it should but it's almost 1/10 faster than my last run, most people i talked to said i should keep the -1 +2 gearing, they said that was a good gearing for the street and track

went to the track lastnight and got about 5 runs in before i got cold and plus it was the last night they was going to be open ( 1st run ) .685 rec. 60ft 1.812, 330ft 4.934, 594ft 6.973, 1/8 7.426 @ 99.14 mph ( 2nd run ) .530 rec, 60ft 1.794, 330ft 4.908, 594ft 6.981, 1/8 7.440 @ 98.08 mph, i did another .561 rec on another pass but noticed when i clicked in 2nd and 3rd gear my clutches was slippin bad when i locked the throttle, hope to get them installed tomorrow and go back to the track sunday to see what she will run with a fresh clutch

it was only seven bikes total there last night, usually around 20 or so but i guess it's gettin to cold for everybody and there puttin there bikes away, on several passes i noticed the bike would spin up and not gain any speed and on my way home i was in like 5th or 6th gear and locked the throttle and it did the same thing, so i guess my clutches are shot, thank good i had a spare set already
