click noise from newly installed Zeta throttle
installed a aluminum throttle tube
I hear a little click - like a micro swith
Pulled apart and the one cable makes a little click noise
Its the cable end where it goes into the throttle tube -it is the hole that is oval -other hole is exact small circle
I adjusted the cables and took out play -but that little play in the oval hole allows the cable and to click as it changes direction
I assume the stock was same but since it it plastic the noise isnt heard
I cant see any fix -its just a little thing that I now hear :-)
Anyone else?

not on a klx but.... Ran a g2 alum throttle and had noisy clicking sensation just from the alum to alum contact with the bar. I went back to plastic.
Later I talked to g2 and told them, they sent me a new alum with delron? bushings. It was nice and smooth and didn't click but suspected they would wear fast. I was wrong, they were tougher than my alum bars and started wearing grooves. Again back to plastic.
