Not sure if you all are aware of this or not. There's a huge bike rally in DC today, called "2 Million Bikes to DC." Mostly the Harley/cruiser/veteran crowd, but (IMHO) that's very cool...providing they behave like law-abiding citizens. I'm proud to see the patriotism on this day of infamy, and I'm proud to be a citizen who enjoys our freedom on two-wheels.

I saw this last week, it looks cool but sadly I have training today and cant make it into dc today to watch.
I did hear that DC denied them the permit, which pretty much means that they will probably have a barricade waiting for them when they get to DC, or the DC cops will be their usual selves and mess up a lot of peoples day...

 

With security being so high today, a lot of things were closed off. However that would have been a memorable ride just the same. My hat is off to all of our fellow riders, public servers and of course our military personnel out there.
