Man. I really hope the rider is ok. The crash is crazy.

WOW!! That's messed up. At first I thought you were talking about the first guy, he looked pretty good, then the other guy came into view. Looked like it was in France or somewhere in Europe. [&:]

A slight loss of brain cells during that k.o. Looks like that one hurt.
Look at the exit and what the rider was looking at and how the rider and ridereacted in the vid. The rider was focused on the crashed ride only from what I can see. Non the less, hope the rider is ok.
Could you imagine the last 2 seconds seeing that bike with nowhere to go?

from what I found out about the accident the rider is stable
Initial reports suggest that Sekiguchi sustained a thorax contusion and a possible lung injury. He is now being transferred to Brno hospital in a stable condition, breathing and fully conscious.
