hahaha, that is priceless
"You can change tires, but not balance them" That is useless! For a shop that is.
Do them yourself or find a better shop.

Nice burn out.

I was gonna record myself burning off the rest of my old tire on the 750, but forgot about doing it until I already had the tire off. I was sota pissed.

how long did you hold your burn out for?

mine did not go up that high. It was 190ish, but it did shoot up drastically. You can hear the bike start to stumble, and I had to rev it up to keep it running. It fired right back up and ran perfect. I was concerned though. Keep in mind the bike is under a big load with no air flow. The only thing the temp can do is climb. Just be careful and keep an eye on it.

234 degrees is nothing to worry about.

235 in normal in hot weather in stop and go traffic. If it gets any higher I would go faster to increase the air flow or shut it off.
your display will flash at you when it gets to hot. Although I would not wait until the display flashes to shut it down.

You can also run synthetic motor oil. That dropped my operating temp by 10 deg. Water Wetter or Engine Ice, or Purple Ice will also drop your temp.
