gas tank hose dot colors
The three hoses on the bottom of the gas tank ..what are those?
blue, red, and I think yellow?
I know one or two of them for overflow.
I noticed after each ride one of the tank hoses and the orange carb hose on the right will smell like gas ...

whoah what manual is this? mine doesn't have any of this ...
I don't think the manuals I have are even for carb'd KLX ...even though they say theyre for "2009 klx250s"
the manuals I have talk about EFI
what about the carb hose what is that?
any reason besides tipping the bike , why these would smell like gas after a ride
I only see two that come out and hang to the bottom... mine has three (four included the hose that goes to the carb , but three hoses that hang down in the swing arm)

I have to tell you it helps if you fill out your profile at least telling what country you live in. There are possibly differences country to country and, in the U.S., between California and other states. When you talk about a manual with only EFI stuff that has to be from any place BUT the U.S. since 2018 is the FIRST year for EFI in the U.S. Having a clue where someone is located helps a lot when it comes to giving advice and tips.
I only remember three lines. There was a line for ON, one for RES (reserve) and a small breather. I am sorry I cannot help with that mass of hoses.

The oem fuel tank has a what I think is a breather/overflow drain (can be seen when fuel cap is opened).
When I overfilled my klx fuel tank I remember smelling fuel even after a good amount of fuel was consumed, in the area right next to the filler opening. Wonder if your having issues related to the drain in the tank ? Overfilling?
Im just throwing that out there since I've experienced an odor of fuel, but I'm pretty sure it was my fault.

no.. it can't be over filled tank.
I overfilled it once and never again + sometimes it does the smell after like half of a tank.
I figured out that if I plug those two hoses , open the gas tank to vent for a few seconds and let the exhaust vent for 2 min before storing it in my garage.. it won't smell at all
