I have what you're looking for.

A used HMF Performance model slip on that fit my '06 KLX250s. Since it is used, it has a few scratches and dings. It was repacked by my regular shop with few hundred miles on the re-pack before getting a FMF Q4. It is louder than the FMF. $100 plus actual shipping. Looks like the one below. I have some pics and will get them posted up if you like.

Pics of mine. I've made no attempt to polish it up, only wiped the dust off. No dents. A few scratches that may be considered small dings. The strip on the right (up-flow end) was from a worm-gear clamp used to keep the coyote bag from pressing the plastic against the can, and is mostly hidden when the plastic is on the bike.

You are very welcome. I hope it treats you as well as it did me. How is the fit? Did you find the right spacer and bolt? Keep an eye on the single hanger for fatigue, especially if you ride a bunch of bumpy stuff.

Cheers!
