Tires & wheel were just removed from my 2006 KLR650 (First Gen) that I bought a little over a year ago, no known issues.
All items are plus shipping from 77386. USPS does not require a box for tires and was the least expensive option when I shipped 2 motorcycle tires last month.

1. Takasago Excel 18” front rim with like new Shinko E-705 series 120/80-18 tire for first gen KLR: $300 OBO.
2. Shinko E-705 rear tire size 130/80-17 with an estimated 35-40% tread left. Matches front tire on the wheel/tire combo listed above: $20 OBO.
3. Stock 2006 brake rotor with all 9 mounting bolts: $10 OBO

Put it up for sale in the ADVrider forum. I'd bet it wouldn't last long there. Spokes are $90 and labor to build is probably another $100, the rim probably about $125 or more, you have a fair price.
