KLX250SF Front Brake Kit 300mm
 

Left over from early conversion of my SF to S specs, the 300mm rotor has no appreciable wear. The rotor comes with a rotor which has the appropriate mounting bracket to fit the larger 300mm rotor. The caliper is untested, but the bracket is the important part.

In fact, I would recommend taking the easier route, by not changing your existing caliper out. You can easily change the mounting bracket without having to disconnect the old caliper from the brake hose. I did the same move when I reverted back to the S disc. You know your caliper is already working and you avoid the PITA of bleeding the brake.
