Hi guys. New to forum. So hello! Well here is the skinny. I have an 05 ninja 250 with 8000 miles on it. it has a K&N filter, Dyno Jet stage 1 jet kit, and a fully muzzy carbon fiber exhaust. Now the bad. A chevy duely pull infron of me and my friend right across our lane from the one next to us and just decided to make a right turn with no signal. he was going into u-haul to return the trailer. wel my buddy is in his 04 or 05 crown vic. it was a cop car the thing was ****. but neways he tears off the front end of the duely. control arm and wheel assembly and all. i was just to awwwed by the sight that i didn't react quick enough (I really dont think it would have maddered if i did cuz i was so close already.) i t-bone the bed of the truck and fly about 40-50 feet, bike in mid air next to me. my buddy had spun around the truck on the sidewalk and by the time he stoped and looked up he saw me pullin a superman, LOL i wish someone took a pic of it rofl. well the bike is done. i wanna sell wat parts i can from it since i still owe on it....the guys insurance has a freaking crazy azz witness. i was being pushed down and i was rushed to the hospital with 3 min of impact. so i was not able to get any witnesses. so pretty much im f'ed and i really need to get rid of the bike for rent. here is wat it damaged so u will have an idead of what is left...EVERYTHING MUST GO EXCEPT FRAME!!!! forks are done, plastics done, right handle bar done. controls on both handle bars melted, gash/ small hole in gas tank. couple minor scraps on the clamps for the exhaust nothing too major. it dont look brand spakin new though. i will try to post pix asap. make me on offer on the part you want. The valves and everything has been done VERY VERY recently. bike was serviced at dealer where i bought the bike, they also installed the jet kit. if requested i can try and get a copy of all the work orders i have had done on the bike for serious buyers only. I will ship parts but u pay shipping. Motor has had FULL Synthetic in it its life but recently right b4 the crash i switched to dual blend just b4 in the winter. bike was bought NEW on sept 29 05. accident was on 4/10/06. bike had to be trailered away.
