KLX300 muffler (uncorked) for sale. Came off my 2006 KLX250s. This muffler requires a KLX300 header to fit your 250 properly. I purchased the muffler from an adventure bike rental place that fits all their bikes with aftermarket exhausts; so the muffler was new when I acquired it. The muffler has maybe 1100 miles on it and is still in very good condition. The muffler/header connection gasket is included and is in good condition.

Understand-and interested. Your muffler is in premo shape for sure reguardless.

I'm looking at a 94 klx250 muffler and headpipe and while I don't know for sure if this head pipe will fit my 06 and your muffler, the part #s (for the older 250 and newer 300) are the same when you check the OEM parts sites.

It's possible both parts sales could make me a system less end cap.

 

will this work on my 06 and recieve your muffler as plug and play??
