ZX-14 vs Hayabusa

RE: ZX-14 vs Hayabusa
i have ridden the old busa and the "new" 14 and let me tell you what, the 14 blew it out of the water hardcore, the busa just felt bulky, sluggish, and just plain not fun. the 14 moved down the road with 100% power transfer, no slipping or trying to wheelie, just plain power!!!!!

CW also stated that the 06, 14was a little faster on the top end than the 08. I cant beleive that Kawasaki made all their claimed improvements and lost 3 hp. If they would have just left italone and made the fly's open sooner, the 14 would have probably at least tied with the Busa or maybe even beat it.
The 08 is also heavier than the 06. Whatever the case, I would take the 14 over the Busa anyday, it just has more class!
I am very happy with my 06 and will probably keep it forever. I am hoping that since it was the first year produced, it might have some classic value in a few years, who knows? If not, it will aways be a classic bike to me.
I think possibly 10 years down the road, this bike will get peoples attention. I am also wondering when the government is going to clamp down on performance. Someday in the future, it may be impossible to buy a bike with the performance of a ZX-14. That would be sad but you have to wonder, the big G has tried to clamp down on everything else that is fun, so I don't expect them to overlook 186+ mph for very long.
Again, the ZX-14 no comparison!

Yeah MM,
That's pretty much what I was trying to say. I just have the feeling that someday, they will drop it to 150 or 160 mph. I know that when you get over 150, you enter a new dimension of awareness, like, holy sh*t am I gonna live?
I guess it is just hard t beleive that they will leave it at 186 for too long. I hope I am wrong!
