as mentioned, if you think getting parts oem or aftermarket is bad for a first yr model kawi?? I too would not go hyolongsung either

I saw thousands upon thousands of hyosungs ripping around korea when I lived there. They ride their stuff all year round there...even in the snow. I imagine it is far easier to get parts for them in Korea tho...

Hyosung has been trying to break into the US market for a few years now - they have even shown up at the International Motorcycle Show (factory show, displaying next years models) that tours the country. At first glance - their bikes LOOK nice... but when you look closer, you can see the shoddiness of the components, and that they are obviously lower test.

The 08 Ninja 250 is a world better than previous models... but honestly - if you already have an older 250 - keep riding it through the rest of the season, and instead upgrade to a ZX6, or a 650R. Just my $.02

I like the GT650 but not if they're made as poorly as mentioned in the video.

They would have to improve the build quality of the bike ten-fold to be successful in the US market.
