doesnt seem too true. seems more illegal since you would need a concealed weapons permit. plus the whole "shooting someone in the chest". that would be murder. doesnt matter if they claim self defense. the other person wasnt armed and wasnt threatening anyones life, besides the whole trampling thing... that would also mean that the walmart greeter could shoot anyone in "self defense"

Not on private property - which every retail establishment in the US is. Also - strapped on the hip is not concealed.

I despise Target! They donate a lot of money to anti smoking/ anti gun laws, etc..... Since I am a smoker and a gun enthusiast, I don't want my paycheck going to a store that bans what gets me thru life. lol....Ever notice Target doesnt sell beer, guns or cigs?

 

even though you would think they would sell guns since it is a "target" hahaha
