Well I was responding to a 911 call today on my valkyrie, and a trooper got pissed at me when she cought up to me at the hospital(had to go get the ambulance). Supposably she clocked me at 125mph, when my speedo said 85. This bitch has been giving me **** since she first started. Shes mad cuz I challenged her "authority" a while back and won. So anyways....another trooper came up and supposably said I was doing "116mph. Oh this was also in a 40mph zone. Traffic was light....maybe 3 cars going westbound(the way I was going) including my partner. So I get to go see my favorite judge monday to see what he is going to do. Whats really ****ed up is tx state law covers me and states I can go over the speedlimit when responding....up to a speed i think is reasonable for the traffic. So technically they shouldnt have given me a ticket to begin with. I think its just funny though that when they think its a emergency....they want us to go faster....and if they dont think it is...they give us ****.

should of rode the ninja, then they would of had some speed facts in order. hope all turns out well for you.

 

Does state law allow you to go over the speed limit, even in a private vehicle? That one should work out in your favor, I would think.

Probably wont go to court. Im going to see the judge monday morning(actually see the judge....not the clerk) and get it dismissed hopefully.
