I was wondering which stand you all prefer for the front end. A tree clamp standaka nose picker or the one that lifts from the bottom of the forks. Which one is easier to work with? Thanks for any info. Don't care about brand. I was thinking the T-rex because they are inexpensive and in my price range.

 

tree stands are easier to get the front tire off. under the fork leg stands are easy to get the tire warmers on and off at the track. i used both and prefer the tree.

 

I perfer the tree stands. it's easier to work on the front tire if you need to take it off. I like my vortex stands. i payed 290 dollars for the both stands and spools for the swing arm.

 

I have seen the T-rex stands for under $100 for the pair and under $120 for the pair with the tree stand.

I think I am going to go with the triple I looked into it more and it is a fork stand and a triple tree stand. Pretty cool.

 

since you put it that way with the t rex stands, i dont like either one of their set ups. just my opinion tho.

 

hey evil here's where i found my stands they were a pretty good price for what i could tell. www.kneedraggers.com i got the vortex stands there pretty sturdy and easy to use. i have some pic's if your interested.

 

thanks bluebeast, i allready have the vortex front and rear stands. i think i got a killer deal on the front and rear, spools and the pin for like 200 bucks shipped.

 

that's cool how do you like your stands evil? i like mine. i guess the handle gould be a little longer to help with the lifts but they work good.
