ROK Lets Me Down

I was happy to receive a $50 gift certificate from the Riders Of Kawasaki club (ROK) as a "reward" for taking the MSF course. It's clearly labeled that you have to use it at a Kawasaki dealership, for Kawasaki products. There are two Kawasaki dealerships in my area. Neither one will accept the certificate. I called ROK; they told me there was nothing they could do. Wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor, gave me no other options, nothing. I'm a little bent out of shape about it. Be warned.

The biggest reason I joined was the roadside assistance. Can anyone suggest another option for roadside assistance? I'm in Los Angeles.

Thanks.

Triple A does have support for motorcycles now, it is extra $$$ on top of a regular membership, but you get a lot of bennies with AAA, including affordable insurance.

AMA has a service called Motow. I can't remember how much it is.

Go here for some info. http://www.amadirectlink.com/roadride/motow.asp

I have AAA, , its on of the few things my parents still pay for :)
If I remember correctly if you shop at sams club they offer roadside assistance for like $60 a year, but I would much rather have my AAA
