who would want to run from cops?

 

This stuff can seal small holes. You can't steer a bike with a flat tyre - try it sometime - so calling it run flat gel is very misleading. If it does allow the tyre to run flat you'll only be able to ride very slowly to get off a highway or get to a service station. The gel can be dangerous in that you may not be aware of a small puncture until the tyre fails catastrophically. Better to carry a plug kit and CO2 cylinder.

It will not give any protection against a police stinger. They make multple fairly large holes.
