is anyone at there using/or has used the the P90X Fitness System???

 

WTF is a P90X Fitness System,, lol,,, I use the whole reaching from the couch to the Coffe Table as my stretch technique lmao..

Haven't tried it, but my wife says from what she's seen and heard about it the work-outs are pretty tough. So ... it probably works.

I golfed 9 holes on Saturday, 3rd time golfing and its been 5 years since the last time, and I can hardly move today. It feels like I have done a thousand sit ups, and my shoulders and arms are gonna fall off. OMG! You know you are out of shape if golfing whips up on you.

 

I haven't tried it, but I heard from others that it's just a gimmick. Kind of pricey also.

Have you ever considered crossfit? I started doing the crossfit workouts recently and I really like them. Most of the exercises I can do in my home gym, and they don't take a whole lot of time. The biggest problem for my wife and I are trying to find time to workout with two little kids.

 

The commercial sure looks good though right?

I just started doing P90X.

I actually did the Insanity workout (from the same company) in August and September with amazing results.
I also became a Beachbody coach after really getting into it, so if you already have one of these programs and want some support, or if you want to know more, just ask.
