Default Nice night for a ride

So I just got back from a nice ride. Normally I hate night riding but it was 60 degrees. Definatley need a dual head light kit soon. Just leave the high beam on anyway. So I'm bookin' down the main highway about 65 or so luckily I see a cop or fire guy ahead of me, backed it down a little. Turned into the road leading to the house. Hmm, nice and twisty. I really didn't mean to peg it on the staright away but hey no one was around. Let off about 90mph cresting the hill. Next thing you know...it's on! Not sure what got into me but I guess I was just in the zone. Now I know, it's night and the deer are probably looking to play but thankfully not tonight. I make a left and crank it down the next road. I come up on some guys spotting deer, they pull over, I wizz by them at about 9 grand. The bike sounded awesome never went over 155 temp.and just cruised to my driveway.

Never meant to do a power run buy hey, sometimes your reminded why you buy a bike.

Right on OMalley, these things happen. At least you did not do a helmet plant into an animal. (My biggest fear while riding at night). Glad that you had a good run.

Yeah I was pumped. Had to make a quick zig to the zag on road kill though

honestly, I feel one of thosemoments coming on of just seeing what a month and 1/2 of no riding after mods are complete. Around here we have cattle and wild horses as the major concern. lol

Looks like the ninja gods got me back today though. To and from work nothing but cars in the way.
