No doubt. In highschool, my beloved 1988 Mustang Gt (5.0L 5 Speed) BEAUTIFUL Ride, Dark Titanium upper, Light Titanium lower, was rear ended and the frame was REALLY bent inward from a truck hitting it. Driver took off with a mangled truck and I was hosed. It was also parked.

I miss that ride- it was my first (of many) 5.0's

I hope the driver of that truck .... well, lets just not say it aloud.

 

Kudos for the 17 yr. old. He did a good thing telling you. Hate it that it happened at all to you though. Keep us posted on the progress and changes you make. Glad you weren't on it when it went down.

 

Got first estimate from the dealer- 3200.00 I just dropped it of at 1 more shop for a second opinion& estimate
