Moving scenes
 
I don't mean tear jerkers, just the most powerfull scenes in movies you came across, so what are your types?
Mine's from "Empire of the sun" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bej9Pmx7U0c, been my fav scene for a long while (ever since I was 12, actually), with p-51 theme ringing home since my granddad flew those in 1944 - 1945 over France.

I always found the scene in crash where the little girl jumps in front of her dad as a guy tries to shoot him very moving.
