Klipsch are one the best loud speaker ever made. I used to have the Cornwall's, they stood 38" high x 22 wide the clearest and best sounding speaker ever. I Brooke florescent light bulbs with them at about 90 watts.

Next best to go with would be Bose 901's smaller and same sound quality just did not have the same bulb-breaking base as the klipsch.

Amps or receiver, Yamaha!

Ok... to get this back on track...

I am days away from purchase... still looking for the hookup - finders fee available as well, if you can beat the prices I have right now for the Klipsch.

The receiver should have at least a couple-3 HDMI inputs as well...

As for Bose...

Got no highs? Got no lows? It must be Bose!

Bose: Better Sound Through (Market) Research

I can't knock it too much though - The 502BP was one of the better compact subs I used for concert production:

And of course there is always the Bose Acoustic Wave Cannon... if you ever get the chance to go to a theater that has this - take it. Tip - there are at least 3 in Chicagoland. It will blow you away.

(12 ft long)

The 901's on the otherhand... far from a point of reference to judge quality sound. Sorry.

I will never spend another penny on a Sony product for as long as I live. Every single Sony product I have ever owned has self destructed.........

My main home system uses Harmon Kardon and Yamaha componants with ADC EQ and all Infiniy speakers and absolutely ROCKS!
