Man I am just glad she wasn't driving! But now she is going to sue....WTF! If she would have just kept her mouth shut, nobody would have known who she is! I seriously doubt if anybody would have recognized her from the poor quality film!

Quite right too. The operators of the mall should have a cell 'phone jamming device in operation to prevent people from hurting themselves texting or talking when they should have been shopping.

from what i understand she is suing because no one from the mall came to help her. Its a total BS law suit but I'm pretty sure the mall will settle out of court to save on legal fees
