Yes, the last low pinion front yr of the F250

I have a complete spare front drive train on the shelf with the upgraded inners and outer axles and such. I lost an inner seal passenger side. Time for a swap out for the so called bullet proof front end now.

This was an ex mud bog drag truck. Has a solid '74 Olds 455ci and a TH400 trans. (Not my choice, but what is there.) We have been using it as our Farm Truck. Pulls anything we have on the farm.

I cannot swing a Coyote forced air unit yet for this engine replacement. So will have to continue using the 455ci

A few green houses are in order. This climate sucks at growing much.

That's a beauty. I really like that body style.

My first PU was an '86 F250 supercab with 460. My daughter learned to drive standard trans in that rig and we later sold it to a fellow Scout leader from WA who was looking for one of that generation for his collection. Today's daily driver is an '01 F150 SuperCrew with automatic. I miss having a stick....

I will stick with the auto tranny's most likely. Have two built AOD 700hp full manual VB tranny's for both Ranger p.u.'s. The 4x2 has the forward manual VB from lentech and the 4x4 ranger will have the reverse pattern VB from silverfox installed. I do not see even a modified AOD holding up for this F250 under forced air. Besides, as mentioned above, a Coyote engine would fit nicely in that rig.

I have been teaching the youngest to drive an '83 toyota 4x4. Not many people know how to drive with a stick.

ok, plugged in the Ford Racing E303 cam compared to the comp cams nx274 for the lowly ford ranger 306ci, AFR 1404 headed 2x4 rig. I was kind of bummed, just a few differences. 1.7 intake rockers, 1.6 ex rockers (comp cams hd's) The E303 has abit more duration and pushes the powerband higher. All in all a really close example with a more lumpy sound with the E303 cam.

(AOD modified trans, full lentech manual VB and non lockup torque converter, stock 7.5" rear)

Still a fun ride

hmm, ok, not the best topic it seems. wow, The ranger needs some frame mods. Too much twist and not safe. So, now have this cool gadget. A JD2 54 bender and a Titan chassis rotisserie. Time to fab up a chassis for this Ranger. At 5000 ft, this ranger is killing me for the lack of power. I have not played with the gal at sea level yet. My dynomation software says 505hp at 7k rpm for sea level with this 306ci build Just numbers and *** time. No proof. Did I mention *** Pucker with the lenco manual vb , Trans Dept. 700hp aod trans and moser 4"11 3rd member ? (this rig needs geared up though) 35 spline trutrac

Working on a 427 ci for the 76 high boy now as well. Kind of stoked on this build too. The goal is 700-800 hp, 700 lb ft tq ish

ok, got a few more goodies for the reloading shed. Mainly .30-.30, .30-.06, 7mm stuff for hunting. Different Cases, Bullets and such as well, Will try the Redding competition dies and Lee crimps. Will also try out the Redding T7 turret press. Ya gotta love experimentation. I did expand on the Dillon 550b for a 9mm carbide set as well. (that is a nice progressive setup actually).
edit; Bring gun, lets load and shoot. If you have a .50 bmg cal rifle, let me know. Lets plink!
