Well it's just something that I started saying then 3 of my friends started saying, and it grew to our whole school was saying it. Its pretty much when someone says something that can be taken the wrong way.

Example:
Nick:I heard the test is hard.
Bob:Yea I heard its really long
Dave: thats what she said!

Which is trying to make it sound like

"She said it's really long"

But yea it's pretty immature but you pretty much set that up perfect by asking what the white stuff was. You know how us kids are, 1 track minds
