I'm really not looking forward to this friday.[>:] The company I work for which is based out of Omaha, hired a new general manager two months ago. By the sound of it, he has some "big" plans for the company. I think he already fired someone in omaha, and when he came to our store last week, he fired our secretary for what seemed to be no apparent reason. Now, from what I have heard, he is coming back this friday to give everyone reviews. In my opinion, I think we're all just gonna be interviewing to keep our jobs.[:'(]

Damn, I used to enjoy work. Hopefully I'll still be employed before this week is over.

 

that sucks man, im kinda in the same situation right now with a corprate takeover. hope for the best man.

 

At least I could still go back to my prior job if I had to, but that means a big pay-cut. Using fear tactics is just a horrible way to go when you're running a business. Who wants to give 110% when they hate where they work.[:'(]

i think today was the set up for our judgement day. got wind of 3 of our big heads quiting and a rumored memo that said were done. im just waiting for my papers.

 

Here's an update, I made it through friday! woo-hoo! But our week old rent-a-secretary didn't. All I know is that there will be a new secretary starting this monday. I can't wait.[:'(]
