Take them to court? You shouldn't be getting jerked around now that you've paid it off.

try BBB....

I know they help people out for free with car issues vs. dealerships and car companies in general..... Check in your bikes manual at the back, there might be numbers for the BBB if in fact they would do that on motorcycles as well...... in either case you can also file a compliant on-line with the BBB against the dealership!!!

Also your states attorney general.... Long story short, I had great results from using the attorney general before. BBB sends a letter to the business, with a copy of your complaint letter. The business then has a chance to respond. The BBB usually takes the side of the business. The attorney general is a lot more paperwork, but they produce results. Here in NM anyway...

The BBB I was talking about actually does more then just send a letter, they actually take your case and you can have a hearing with an arrbitrator and this is all free of charge for the consumer!!!

I should point out that I went through something like that recently and have gotten a win over GM! So not always do they side with them......

Awesome. I did not realize the BBB would take it that far. To win over GM is a pretty huge feat.

Yes, I know.... a lot of people said the same thing and were suprised I got the win!!! But the arrbitrator say that my car was not mis-treated and had way to many visits to the dealership and I was awarded a repurchase on my ride, to make the long story short!!!

So hopefully there is something in the owners manual there in the back, showing the BBB numbers and stuff.... (I'm not sure since I don't have my bike yet)....
Good luck there Ninja250gurl!!!

That's kick *** right there...

I think ninja250gurl has her answer then....

Dealerships do not keep that title in stock? The last bike I bought from dealer, they had title, but they had to send it over to the DMV and get it changed to my name, etc... It took 3 days. I wonder what kind of prob the dealer is having?
