Well Kawi did a damn good job with the new zx-10. Motor cycle news got their hands on one and dynoed it. Man the new zx-10 may not be the best looking bike but its the fastest. 170hp and 80 ft tq AT THE WHEEL. That is insane

I think it is the best looking bike around too

 

any thoughts I had of getting that bike have now gone out the window. That is to much power. If I got that bike I'd probably get too excited by the power and highside my way to the hospital.

 

I would love that bike, and probably hurt myself at some point...oh well

 

Actually, I think it's kinda been nice for Kaw to take a second seat to the ubiquitous Hyabusa and Gsxr. You see those things everywhere and most of them look like crap with all the add-on's and mods. The Suzuk's have been "me too" cool bikes for all the egomaniacs out there, for quite awhile. Kaw's seem to be a bit more classy and less "obvious" as to the proverbial statement the rider is trying to make. I like that.

 

thats why I got my 636. I wanted something diffrent that I don't see to often. Even though I'm in CA and there are a lot of bikes here kawi seems to be the least popular. The whole time I had mine, I never saw another silver 03-04. I only saw a hand full of other 03-06 zx-6's.
