Is it me or does it seem like every time you turn around someone is trying to some someone over the stupidest things. Take this for example. There was a city meeting and some lady has some papers in her hand and hits the back of another ladies head. The ladie who was hit just kind of pauses for a second then screams and starts rolling on the floor then trys to sue the other ladie for hitting her. The hit she was given on the back of the head would be the same as some one hitting you with a rolled up new paper.

At best she has a criminal case (assault... and yes - people have filed chargest for less), but doubtful on a civil case. Good luck with that.

Last I heard she is filling assault charges.

 

I liked the one where the guy breaks into a house and gets hurt and sues the homeowner. Or the one where the guy got stuck in some one's garage after breaking in and can't get out and has to go without food and water for a couple of days.................and he wins the case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's messed up.

what is really messed up are the judges that allow these cases to go to trial
