Buyer? for the 7

Making this short hopefully.

'90 zx7, .5mm oem pistons, of course the cams are degreed, valves checked, maintainence done, etc. One of the corner workers good friends where I tracked at has been hounding me on this ride (5 years now). To keep it short, he wants the ride with the boxed Muzzy exhaust for 4K. He passed up an '03 6rr for $3200. His reasoning was that the 6rr was good but did not have the balls. Go figure. I told him to snatch that ride up, but no, he wants my zx7. History: Friend and Track Worker who has been in the garage when I built this ride. Was at the track to pick up crashed rides and help out. He would drive up to Reno from Pheonix to get it ready for the streets. Now here is the catch. This is one scary sob when it comes to throttle control. WFO! I told him that I was not sure, not that Iam more concerned with his health or my baby! if sold sheesh He is a straight line dude with no cornering abilities but at least he is honest about it. I am still leary on getting rid of one of my best rides. I may, get something different, but then again, who missed their ride and cannot replace it? Mentioned to him that I would call him tomorrow at the track. That I am not sure if I could part with the old gal.

You can't control what he does with it, and it seems that he will buy something crazy fast anyway if he wants a 7. At least if you are the seller, you will get a chance to coach him on anything he might experiance with the ride instead of a random guy on craigslist who will just throw the keys at him. As for parting with a machine that you have so much history with, I can't help you. You cant take it with you when you die so you might at well experiance as many rides as you can, but if you're not ready then you could regret it. Peace bro
