I plan on maybe doing something like that (if I ever got a bike).. I was gonna put them inside the fairings so it illuminates the engine... at the very least you will be more visible.

wassup TX?? I think it would look good if you do it just right... A buddy of mine has some of the single leds on his gixxer, and it does look cool at night. Wired 'em to a toggle switch and tucked them all behind the fairings...so at night it looks like a smooth glow...Looks cool..Now you need to figure out how to wire a radio to that thing and have the leds strobe to the music!! lol lol

Wiring a radio wouldnt be that bad. Put the speakers in the front....mount the radio in a tank bag.

skuuuuuuuurt ! stop. if your going to do a radio, you need to mount it in the trunk, with the face towards the front of the bike and a remote senser ran from the trunk to the front of the bike somewhere. mount the remote up front for a trick and clean install. if your gonna do it, make it look like you gave a crap about what you set out to do.

I looked. Its a lil space with room for my tool kit and my PCIII. Nothing else will fit.

even if you do a little modding and run a cowel ? i hooked one up in a gixer but i know they have a ton of space back there. and on the front of the tank i had a head phone jack, so the guy could just plug in and go. this was back in the day when the radios were pull outs. hell with hooking up a radio, ipod in the chest pocket plugged into the ear phones. werd.
