I haven't had a flu shot in 17 years, but I got one this year. Just the regular flu shot, not the Swine flue shot. The wife and son got both shots.

I don't believe in shots to prevent crap like the flu... junk like that is the reason humans are getting weak and viruses are getting strong. I let my immune system battle everything, and guess what? I haven't been to a doctor in years (I'm 22, to be fair). I don't take medicine (other than asprin for hangovers / headaches).

As for Obama not taking it... that's their choice. But of course the whack job conservatives will make more of that than there really is.
