Back Pain

My backs killing me and I cant take anything more than motrin for it since im working. Sucks that I dont get off till friday and my boss is a jackass who is scared to do his job and wont cover for me.

that sux bro.Have you tried strecthing?that what i do for relief is lay on the floor and slowly strecth in each direction.hope ya get better soon back pain sux.
