how do i get my avatar to be animated? every animated one i upload only turns out as a pic.

Yep too large, its 100 X 82 and the max is 80 x 80 Can you shrink it a little? :)

I re sized it to 80 x 80 and then it said upload failed. so I guess the original would have to be made smaller in some sort of gif editor. I don't have a clue. Sorry.
